Bill Upchurch, CPA/ABV/CFF, CFE, CVA, is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, and was certified as a public accountant in 1979. Bill is proud that he received his training as an accountant from the firm’s namesake, Bobby Baldwin when he first worked for Mr. Baldwin in the late seventies. Bill is a member of the AICPA and the Kentucky Society of CPAs and is credentialed in business valuations by the AICPA and the National Associations of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). He is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Bill is also certified in Financial Forensics by the AICPA. He is an active member of the Forensic Accountants Society of North America (FASNA) and serves on its board of directors. Bill’s experience includes clients in the construction, manufacturing, restaurant, banking, not-for-profit, insurance, medical and crafts industries.
Bill, his wife Libby and son Chris, reside in Richmond, Ky.
