Onboarding

Onboarding is a process in which new employees are integrated into the workplace and given the tools and knowledge they need to become successful.  This also helps to minimize the time before they are productive members of your staff, reduces anxiety for both the new employee and current staff members and decreases the learning curve.
This is one of the most important processes that you can offer to a new employee.   At Baldwin CPAs, PLLC, all new employees go through our onboarding process. This process helps the employee get acquainted with policies, procedures and software before settling down to perform daily work.
