Do you use calendar appointments in Microsoft Outlook? For many of us, the Outlook calendar is an integral part of our everyday lives. If this is you, here is a quick little tip. Included in the event ribbon as part of the window used to add an appointment is a “categorize” button that can be used to color code your appointments. Outlook also gives you the ability to modify the titles of each color to your personal preference. Color coding you appointments provides a way to identify appointments by type; such as personal, business, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. at a glance./ posted by Kenny Keener, CPA
